This weekend we saw eight teams came crashing out of the cup, with undeniably one of the most prominent teams in women's football missing out on that vital quarter final place. Arsenal fell down to Manchester City after a 74th minute goal from Laia Aleixandri, but that game was not shy of controversy with a game saving attempt from Khiara Keating coming close to the goaline arsenal fans were not happy with the lack of technology used during the game in meadow park.

But that's not all of the shocking results, Everton thrashed Nottingham forest 7-1, with 12 shots during the whole game for the toffees they will be for sure celebrating that brilliant performance. Tottenham Hotspur had a one goal win against Charlton, after spurs had 12 shots on goal kit graham was the lucky player who secured that all important goal.

Liverpool VS Leicester City

Tottenham Hotspur VS Manchester City

Brighton VS Manchester United

With the two last year finalists still going strong in the completion will it be a repeat of Man united vs Chelsea? Emma Hayes will definitely be looking to end her legacy at the club on a high with as many trophies as possible. But there is always a chance we could see a high scoring Everton or Leicester take that famous trip down Wembley way.
