Blackpool vs Norwich Preview: City Looking To Make It Eight Unbeaten!

Norwich City's first game back after the international break is the long journey to Newly Promoted Blackpool.

Blackpool are coming into this game in quite poor form after losing 3 of their last 5 games and their last game before the break was the trip to London to play Millwall and they didn’t manage to get anything from that game after losing 2-1 leaving them in 19th place in the table looking over their shoulder at the relegation zone.

One player to watch out for is Charlie Patino who is on loan from Arsenal and he has proved to be quite a good player. He seems to be involved with a lot of the good things that happen and always seems to be lively, wanting the ball in the middle of the pitch and then also being able to pass out wide but more importantly having the confidence to just stick his head down and take a chance for himself.

Another one is forward Jerry Yates who over this past season has been proven to be a pivotal part of the Blackpool squad. He is very skilful especially when watching the Millwall highlights he seemed to be causing a number of different issues within the Lions defence.

Norwich go into this game off the back of a draw at home to West Brom to extend their unbeaten run to 7 games putting them well and truly into the mix for the automatic promotion spots.

Over the international break there were a few players such as Grant Hanley and Andrew Omobamadele who both got selected for Scotland and Republic of Ireland but both withdrew from the squads after they sustained minor injuries in the game against West Brom.

Also, in the pre-match press conference Dean gave updates on a number of players who are currently out injured. There was positive news for Liam Gibbs as he has completed all of his rehab and will be joining first team training on Friday. Jon Rowe also went for another scan on his injury although it was positive and it was healing, he will still be out for another couple of weeks.

Score Prediction: Blackpool 0- 3 Norwich City
